Colour: Lemon tea
Nose: Banana custard, lemon meringue, blueberry, cheesecake sweetness and layers of vanilla. Very pleasant and light yet complex. Top notch.
Palate: Spicy, cakey, slightly bitter… lives up to the nose.
Finish: Burst of espresso, lovely and powerful.
Overall: I have been looking forward to tasting this whisky since December. [...]
