A Quick Dram: Inchgower 24yo

Nose: Honey, nuttiness, Werther’s Original, fudge and lemon shortbread.

Palate: Seafood, lemons, mussels, salty and lemony. This is one of the most interesting whiskies I have had in a while. It was like tucking into a big bowl of mussels. It would work amazingly well, either in  mussel sauce or on the side.

Finish: Lemony and spicy.

Overall: One of the best seafood drams I have ever tasted.
