A little something from the ‘little black hill’…

Nose: Sweet and grassy but with a fresh fizz about it. Really quite light and grapey. Almost like very light white wine. Gentle citrus notes, lemon sherbet.
Palate: Sweet toffee, vanilla and blood oranges. Strawberry bonbons. Extremely delicate.
Finish: Disappears rather quickly but you’re never completely sure when it’s gone. Melt in your mouth vanilla. Slightly biscuity.
Person: Helen Mirren – delicate and complex but can blend into the background in a crowd.
