Nose: A minty/herby note on the very top then lashings of honey. Very sweet with a slight BBQ stickiness about it but there’s a coastal bite to keep you entertained. The sherry spice comes through in droves.

Palate: Very sweet and deliciously fruity. Dark chocolate bitterness and some oak balance things out.

Finish: Dried fruits in a big way. The sweetness is retained with some creamy toffee before burnt toast and charcoal pucker the cheeks.
