Graeme Gardiner, the youngest member of the pack, was brought up in the sparkling seaside resort of Aberdeen. In this vibrant and colourful city he grew up inside a bubble of rainbows and penguins. Lies! All Lies! The true darkness of the Deen threatened to engulf his creative mind and so, in 2007, Graeme decided to run away and make his fortune as a Chemical Engineer in Edinburgh. Four years, and one dream shift later, he emerged with a degree in English and Journalism, a new man, searching for adventure! Like his fellow bloggers he began his 'whisky life' at the Scotch Whisky Experience and still pops in every once in a while to ply his trade. It was here he met the other editors and after Graeme's first article (an astonishing, 8 months over the deadline) his style and panache was deemed acceptable and the fellowship was created.
The final editor to enter the real (post uni) world has finally managed to find a job reading news and evaluating for clients. It is rumoured Graeme sits reading news all day, whilst cavorting the night away with drink and ladies. His influences include Sherlock Holmes and Gandalf making others state his 'work' is a front for a classified magical consulting-detective business. Graeme himself declines to comment. However, he always appears to be home and never appears to be fully dressed, adding fuel to the fire that he is indeed just an aspiring writer/bum trying to make it in the world with class, charm and dignified drinking.
